Palmetto Cheese Pepperoni Roll

Ingredients:
1 lb of Bread Dough (frozen or fresh)
1 8 ounce package of pepperoni
1 tub of Palmetto Cheese
olive oil
flour

Directions:
On a lightly floured surface roll out your bread dough until it is approx. 13x19. If the pan you are using is slightly smaller than that you can adjust the length of your dough accordingly. Now that you have prepared your dough cover almost the whole surface with pepperoni. You can use any brand that you choose to. Spread one tub of Palmetto Cheese on top of your pepperoni. Original or Jalapeno is your preference. Begin at the longest side and start to roll up your dough. You want to make a pinwheel shape so roll the dough tight. When you have reached the other side of your dough pinch the seams together to keep your dough from unrolling.
Place dough on a greased baking sheet or a clay baking pan. Rub the top of the roll with olive oil. Cover with saran wrap lightly and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 450F until golden brown. Let cool slightly and slice with a bread knife. It is great served by itself or with marinara sauce.
