Jalapeno Palmetto Cheese Sausage Balls

3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 pound hot sausage (the cheap brand is better than name brand because of the fat content)
1-12 oz. container of jalapeno Palmetto Cheese Spread
1/2 teaspoon of Tony Chachere's creole seasoning.

Mix together, roll into 1 inch balls (I use my cookie scoop) bake for 15 minutes at 350 pull out and flip over and bake an additional 5 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy.

Spread the jalapeno pc on the frozen totino's pizza and bake it till it's golden brown.

Fillo cups filled with Palmetto cheese and Emily G's Jalapeno Raspberry jam. Just heat for about 5-10 min. They are easy and incredibly delicious!

Hamburger with Palmetto Pimento Cheese
Palmetto Bacon Cheeseburgers: (makes 4)

Palmetto Bacon Pimento Cheese Spread(amount varies)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup minced onions
2 tsp minced garlic (optional)
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce and tomato for garnish Canola oil

Procedure: 1) Mix all ingredients, except Pimento Cheese and Canola Oil. 2) Form the four balls into a patties and season each with exta salt and pepper (if needed) 3) Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add a drizzle of canola oil and then add as many of the patties and can fit comfortably in one layer. (or for more yummy affect, may grill) 4) If using skillet, Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium rare. 5) With 1 minute left add a tablespoon of the pimento cheese spread to each burger. Cover skillet and cook until it melts. Repeat with any remaining patties. (Or if grilling add to burger and use cover of grill for last minute) 6) Place finished patties on paper towel on serving dish and serve!

Palmetto Cheese Ring

1 Tub Original Palmetto Cheese
1 Tub Jalapeno Palmetto Cheese
3/4 Cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 Cup finely diced onion
1 Jar Pepper Jelly
Thoroughly combine the first 4 ingredients (I use my hands). Line a gelatin mold or bundt cake pan with plastic wrap. Evenly spread the mixture in the mold/pan, pressing down firmly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, place a plate on top of the mold and quickly flip upside down. Remove plastic wrap and spoon the pepper jelly into the center. Serve with your choice of crackers. ENJOY!!!

Palmetto Cheese Tomato Pie

1 or 2 large ripe thickly sliced tomatoes
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper diced
2 TBS butter
2 TBS flour
salt & pepper to taste
1 tub Palmetto Cheese
1 frozen prepared pie crust
Saute diced onions and bell pepper in butter over medium heat until tender. Set aside. Arrange tomato slices in a single, but overlapping layer in the frozen piecrust. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Top with the sauted peppers and onions. Completely cover the top of the pie with Palmetto Cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly throughout.

Southern Man's Palmetto Cheese Muffin

1 English Muffin, split through the center
1 large thin sausage patty, cooked
as much Palmetto cheese as you can fit on the muffin.
Toast the muffin, and butter the insides. Place the sausage patty on the bottom, load it up with Palmetto Cheese, top with the other muffin half, and heat at 275 for 10 minutes. An incredible combination of texture and flavor..fills you up but leaves you wanting more!
