Tailgating with Palmetto Cheese

Palmetto Cheese Reuben

1 tub Palmetto Cheese 12oz.

1 pound Corned Beef, deli sliced
4 -10 inch flour torillas (whole wheat in picture)
8 oz. Sauerkraut, drained
4 pickle spears, sliced lengthwise
Thousand Island Dressing

Lay out all 4 flour tortillas. Lightly spread Thousand Island Dressing over entire tortilla, about 1 Tablespoon per tortilla. Lay out 4 ounces of sliced corned beef in the middle of each tortilla, end to end. Spoon Palmetto Cheese down the middle of each tortilla, about 2 ounces per tortilla. Top with sauerkraut and sliced pickle spears. Roll up you tortilla by bringing the one side over top of the filling, and continue to roll tightly. The dressing will help seal the edge. Continue will all tortillas. Be sure not to overfill or they will be difficult to roll. Remove some filling if you have this problem.
Time to grill!!
Place reuben wraps on the part of the grill with low-medium heat and no flames. After a few minutes, turn to make grill marks and ensure even heating. After you've done this to both sides slice into 3 to 4 pieces and serve to your fellow tailgaters or guests. Serve with extra dressing on the side.
These can be made ahead of time and placed on the grill to heat when you're ready.
