- Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
- Mini Peppers
- Bacon

Instructions
- Cook your bacon, cut into pieces and set aside.
- Wash mini peppers and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the seeds.
- Stuff with Palmetto Cheese.
- Top with bacon and place on a sheet pan.
- Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted. Around 15-20 minutes.
