- Unicoi Preserves - Vineyard Fire Spread (or jelly of your choice)
- Bread of your choice

Instructions
- Toast the bread
- Slather with Palmetto Cheese and top with Unicoi Preserves.
- Strawberry, raspberry, and pepper jellies are also excellent taste combinations with Palmetto Cheese.
