Antipasto Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (19-ounce) bag cheese or spinach filled tortellini pasta
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup Palmetto Pimento Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped salami (about 10 slices)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil, if desired
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to manufacturer’s directions.
- Pour into a colander to drain the water. Rinse with cold water or set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile mix together all remaining ingredients.
- Add tortellini once it has cooled. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with additional basil, if desired.
