Bacon and Swiss Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 11 oz. Palmetto Cheese
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sliced Almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cheeses and bacon and form into a log.
  2. Roll in toasted almonds.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with Mango Chutney or Pepper Relish (optional).
