Ingredients
- 11 oz. Palmetto Cheese (any variety)
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar
- For decorating the Chick
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
- 2 Carrot slices for the feet
- 1 Cracker, for the wings
- 1 Carrot slice, for the beak
- 2 Blueberries, for the eyes

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir Palmetto Cheese and cream cheese together until combined. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar.
- Transfer to a serving tray and shape into a ball.
- Cover with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar.
- Cut 2 small “v” shapes into one end of 2 slices of carrot. Place the carrots at the bottom of the round cheese ball. This will make the feet.
- Cut a Ritz Cracker or similar round cracker in half and stick into each side of the chick. This will be the wings.
- Use 2 blueberries for the eyes.
- Cut a strip from a carrot slice for the beak. Stick it into the center right below the eyes.
