Ingredients
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese
- 8 oz Ground Beef
- 8 oz Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 - 11.24oz Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1 small pouch Garlic Herb Seasoning (included with the biscuit mix)
- 1/2 cup Pickles, chopped
These are great for tailgating or a holiday get-together. You can make these ahead of time and freeze them if you like. If you're going to freeze, put them on the sheet pan and put that into the freezer. Once they are frozen, drop them individually into a freezer storage bag and place them back into the freezer.

Instructions
- Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from the pan and chop.
- Heat oven to 375F
- In a mixing bowl, combine Palmetto Cheese, ground beef, bacon, biscuit mix, garlic herb seasoning and chopped pickles.
- Using a wooden spatula or your hands, mix thoroughly.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease with pan spray.
- Form mixture into 1 oz balls. We used a cookie scoop to portion out.
- Line up on the sheet pan leaving at least a 1/2 inch between each.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Place onto a serving tray with your favorite hamburger condiments for dipping!
