- 4 oz. Palmetto Cheese (any variety)
- 1/4 cup Pork Rinds
- Celery (for dipping)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a food processor, add pork rinds and grind until finely chopped. Set aside.
- In a small baking dish, add Palmetto Cheese and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle pork rinds on top of the pimento cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
- For a crunchier topping, place under a broiler for 5 minutes.
- Serve with pork rinds or celery sticks.
