Ingredients
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 12 oz Buffalo Style Chicken Dip
- Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing (optional)
- Green Onions (optional)
If Buffalo Style Chicken Dip is too spicy for you, try mixing in Palmetto Chicken Salad or Palmetto Cheese - Homestyle Pimento Cheese with the squash instead.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard.
- Place squash on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Scrape squash into a mixing bowl with a fork and place the shells back onto the baking pan.
- Add Buffalo Style Chicken Dip to the squash and mix.
- Place the mixture back into the squash and bake for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
