  • 1 - 11.6oz pkg Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 11 oz. Pepper Jack Palmetto Cheese
  • 1 LB Shrimp, raw chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a bowl, mix together biscuit mix, Pepper Jack, and shrimp until combined.
  3. Form into 1oz balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 375F.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning.
