Hard Cider Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 12 ounces Hard Cider (We used Woodchuck Hard Cider Amber)
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
- 3 slices Bacon, browned and crumbled

Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour.
- Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Stir constantly.
- Add hard cider and mustard and stir until combined.
- Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes until mixture starts to thicken.
- Turn off the heat and add Palmetto Cheese. Stir until all of the cheese has melted.
- To serve, put into a serving dish and sprinkle with bacon.
- Can be served with apples, pretzels, bread, crackers or vegetables.
