Ingredients
- 1 (7.5-ounce bag) BBQ Potato Chips (or use your favorite variety chip)
- 11 oz. Palmetto Cheese
- 1 cup chopped crispy cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup sliced Green Onions, optional
- Ranch, as needed, for drizzling, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place potato chips on a parchment lined baking sheet with sides.
- Top with pimento cheese and bacon.
- Bake until cheese is hot and melty, about 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with ranch and sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
