Oktoberfest Beer Cheese

Ingredients

  • 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
  • 2 oz. a good Lager
  • 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • Three Dashes of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Can be served hot or cold.
  3. To serve hot: microwave it for about a minute and a half and pour it in a hollowed out bread bowl.
  4. Served with rye/pumpernickel swirl toast points and pretzel rods. Would also be good with Apples like fondue.
