Palmetto Cheese Baked Chicken with Green Beans and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon garlic salt
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 3 pounds
- 24 ounces small golden potatoes
- 8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 11 oz container Palmetto Original Pimento Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray a large sheet pan with non stick spray.
- In a small bowl combine, garlic salt, lemon zest, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Place chicken, green beans, potatoes, and onion onto prepared sheet pan.
- Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over everything on the sheet pan. Then drizzle olive oil over all ingredients.
- Using a spoon spread pimento cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, cheese is brown and chicken is cooked through.
- Cooked chicken should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
- Sprinkle green onions over and serve.
