Ingredients

  • 2 large biscuits, split in half
  • 2 small chicken breasts, breaded and fried
  • 1/3 cup Palmetto Original Pimento Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot paprika -or- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix honey and paprika, set aside. Divide the pimento cheese evenly onto the bottom half of each biscuit. Place fried chicken breast on top of pimento cheese and drizzle with honey. Add bacon to each sandwich and top with the other half of each biscuit.
