Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Grease a Bundt pan with pan spray and sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese on the bottom of the pan.
- Open and unroll the pizza dough and lay flat.
- Spread a 1/2 container of Palmetto Cheese evenly over the dough.
- Cut pepperoni slices in half and spread evenly over the Palmetto Cheese.
- With a pizza cutter or knife cut the dough into 6 pieces wide by 4 pieces across so you end up with 24 small squares.
- You’ll now take each square and line them up around the Bundt pan overlapping each piece. Once you make it around the pan, continue to stack the dough until all of your pieces are in the pan.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese and Oregano. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
- Now that it’s baked, invert onto a plate and invert again onto your serving tray. If you didn’t want to invert twice, you can put your squares face down when lining the pan but the toppings tend to fall off.
- Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!!!
