Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Instructions

1. Crush Fritos or Doritos and place on a plate. Scoop out an 11 oz. tub of Palmetto Cheese onto the plate with the crushed chips. With your hands, roll the ball around to completely cover the cheese. Before you place on a serving plate, mold the ball into a pumpkin shape. You can make indentations with your fingers if you like. Place the ball onto the center of the plate.
2. Cut the top off a green pepper and remove the pepper from the stem. Take the stem and gently push it into the center of your pumpkin. Place additional chips onto the plate and it’s ready to serve!
