Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion (about 1/4 of an onion)
- 4 to 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped, divided
- 1 (11-ounce) container Palmetto Pimento Cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup @Mt.Olive.Pickles slices, chopped
- 2 Hamburger Buns (cut into quarters, tops and bottoms)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium size oven safe skillet over medium high heat, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain off excess oil.
- Into the same skillet; stir in half of the bacon, Palmetto Pimento Cheese, cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
- Place skillet into preheated oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
- Serve with hamburger buns, chips, crackers, and additional pickles.
- Optional Step: In a small bowl combine butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Place hamburger buns onto a sheet pan and brush with garlic butter. Bake for 8 minutes or until browned and crisp.
