Ingredients

  • 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Craisins
  • 1 Cup Pecans, finely chopped
  • Pretzel Dipping Sticks

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine Palmetto Cheese, Cream Cheese, and the Craisins.
  2. Shape a tablespoon amount of the mixture into a ball and roll in the pecans.
  3. Insert the pretzel stick and place on a serving tray. Continue until you have used all of the cheese mixture.
