Ingredients
- 1 medium Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 cans (17oz.) Peas, drained
- 1 Red Onion, diced small
- 1 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 pt. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
This recipe is a great side dish for a holiday feast, a picnic, cookout or to just have by itself!

Instructions
- Shred the lettuce and spread evenly in a 13x9 casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the celery, peas, and onion over the lettuce.
- Spread the mayo over top of the vegetable layer and sprinkle with sugar and Parmesan Cheese.
- Top the final layer with Palmetto Cheese.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours priors to serving. Best when made the day ahead.
