Ingredients
- 1 cup Palmetto Cheese - Original, Bacon or Jalapeno
- 1 cup Ham, diced
- 1 pkg Pillsbury Grands! (8ct)
- 1/2 cup Cheddar, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Cook ham in a saute pan over medium high heat until lightly browned. This will cook off the water that is in the ham, which will keep your bombs from getting soggy. Remove from the heat and cool.
- In a bowl, combine Palmetto Cheese and Ham. Set aside.
- Open the biscuit dough and place a dough round on the counter.
- With your fingers, press the dough until it is all flattened.
- In the middle of the flattened dough, place a heaping tablespoon of the ham and cheese mixture in the center.
- With your fingers, bring the edges of the dough to the center and press edges together. Make sure to seal all edges and pinch together as this will keep the cheese from melting out.
- Place all finished dough onto a lightly greased sheet pan with the sealed side down.
- Sprinkle each "bomb" with shredded cheddar and slightly press down into the dough if needed.
- Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
