Palmetto Cheese Mini Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Crab Meat (we used select)
  • 11 oz. container Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Hellman’s Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Roll teaspoon size balls in Panko.

  3. Place on nonstick baking sheet at 350 degrees. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Press crab ball lightly with the back of a spatula and flip sides. Bake for 8- 10 more minutes. Or until lightly brown.

  5. Place crab cakes on Paper towel to strain any extra oil.
  6. Serve with Old Bay, lemon and horseradish mayonnaise.
