Ingredients
- 11oz refrigerated bread dough
- 11oz Palmetto Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 2 tbsp chopped jalapeño, optional
- 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley or 1 tsp dried

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare a cast iron skillet with butter along the sides.
- Divide the dough into 20 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place along the sides of the skillet.
- Building the dip in the center of the skillet, spread half of the Palmetto Cheese.
- Top with half of the bacon, cheese and jalapeño.
- Spread the remaining Palmetto Cheese evenly on top, followed by the remaining bacon, cheese and jalapeño.
- Brush the bread with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake 30-35 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and dough has browned.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
