Jalapeno Bacon Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 pound macaroni
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese with Jalapenos
- 6 oz. Bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
- Jalapeno slices

Instructions
- Cook macaroni in boiling water for approximately 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, cook bacon until it starts to brown. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add milk and stir. Continue to stir until the mixture has thickened. Stirring will prevent the milk from scorching on the bottom of the pan.
- Once thickened, add 1 cup of Palmetto Pimento Cheese and remove from the heat. Stir until combined.
- Add macaroni to the sauce and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a 9x13 pan. Spoon remaining Palmetto Cheese over the top and place as many slices of jalapenos as you like.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
