Ingredients
- 1 slice Deli Ham
- 2 Tbsp Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon
- Pickled Okra
These are great appetizers for any occasion and super easy to put together. We paired them with Ham and Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels.
You get 4 slices of Okra Dokies per slice of ham, so adjust according to how many you'd like to make.
You can substitute Pickles if you don't like Pickled Okra.

Instructions
- Lay out one slice of ham. Make sure the ham is thick enough so it doesn't rip apart when it's rolled. If your ham is too thin, try putting two slices together.
- Cover with 2 Tablespoons of Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, or Bacon.
- Cut the top and bottom off of two pickled okra (found in the pickle/relish section of your grocery store).
- Lay out the okra on top of the cheese covered ham slice and roll up.
- Chill for one hour in the refrigerator to make it easier to cut and firms up the Palmetto Cheese.
- Slice into four slices and serve.
