Ingredients
- 1 pkg Pillsbury Grands Biscuit dough - 16.3 oz (you can use whatever variety you prefer)
- 1/2 Cup Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar
Pimento Cheese Monkey Bread has only three ingredients, but they combine to make one delicious treat. This is something that can be taken to a tailgate party, served as an after school snack or placed on the dinner table to enjoy with the family. If you're making this for a crowd, double the recipe and use a Bundt Pan instead of a loaf pan. If you want more variety, you can cut the amount of pimento cheese filling in half and stuff with pepperoni, ham, sausage, olives or whatever else you desire.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Open up the package of biscuits and lay them all flat on a cutting board. With a pairing knife, slice the biscuit 3/4 the way across.
- Top each half with a Tablespoon of Palmetto Cheese. Whatever filling you add, keep it to the center. Continue to fill all biscuits.
- Fold the unfilled side on top of the filled side and press firmly around the edges to seal them. Repeat this step with each biscuit.
- Place the sealed pimento cheese stuffed biscuits into a greased loaf pan. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 375 F for 40 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. If you prefer, you can also cook the biscuits individually. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly. They'll take about half the time to bake.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
