1/4 cup Palmetto Cheese (any variety)
1 Egg, large
2 tablespoons Almond Flour
6 slices Pepperoni
1 teaspoon Basil, fresh chopped
Rao's Marinara (keto option)

Instructions

Plug in your waffle iron. We used a 4.25” in diameter for reference.
In a bowl, add Palmetto Cheese, egg, almond flour, and chopped basil. Stir until combined.
Open the waffle iron and spoon out half of your batter.
Top with 3 slices of pepperoni.
Close the lid and cook until golden brown. Approximately 2-1/2 minutes.
Place the chaffle on a plate and continue with the remaining batter. If using a standard waffle iron, use all batter at one time.
Cut into quarters to make dipping easier or spread sauce over your chaffle.
If you are keto, we suggest Rao's Marinara. Otherwise, use any pizza or marinara sauce of your choice.
