Ingredients
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
- 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
- 8 oz. Salsa
Round bread bowl - with a small serrated knife cut a lid off of the bread. Similar to cutting a lid on a jack o lantern. Scoop out the bread to make a bowl. Take the bread the you have scooped out and cut into pieces. Pour the sausage dip into the bread bowl and place on a serving platter with the bread pieces.
Dip can also be poured into a bowl and served with your favorite crackers or chips. Sausage Dip

Instructions
- In a saute pan brown off breakfast sausage.
- Drain the oil.
- Add 8oz. salsa and stir.
- Add Palmetto Cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
