Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced small
- 4 slices Bacon (2 chopped for dip, 2 cooked and crumbled for topping)
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 1/2 cup Pickles, chopped
- 2 Hamburger Buns (cut into quarters, tops and bottoms)

Instructions
- In a pan, add ground beef, onions, and 2 slices of bacon that have been cut into smaller pieces. Once beef and bacon have browned, drain off all excess oil.
- On medium heat, add Palmetto Cheese, cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles to the pan with the meat. Stir until well combined and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour into a serving dish and top with bacon crumbles. The dip would be great topped with French’s Fried Onions too!
- Serve with chips, crackers, or with hamburger buns that have been quartered. Serve with slice pickles on side if desired.
