Grilled Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

8 Slider Rolls or dinner rolls, split in half
8 tablespoons Palmetto Cheese
8 slices mozzarella cheese
8 slices crispy cooked bacon, broken in halves
8 small slices beefsteak tomato
2 tablespoons melted garlic butter or regular melted butter

Makes 8 sliders

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
To each slider roll, add 1/2 slice mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon pimento cheese, 2 halves bacon, 1 tomato slice, another 1/2 slice of mozzarella cheese, and the top bun.
Place each sandwich onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush each with garlic butter and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot.
