Grilled Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • 8 Slider Rolls or dinner rolls, split in half
  • 8 tablespoons Palmetto Cheese
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices crispy cooked bacon, broken in halves
  • 8 small slices beefsteak tomato
  • 2 tablespoons melted garlic butter or regular melted butter

Summer Grilled Cheese Sliders
Makes 8 sliders

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. To each slider roll, add 1/2 slice mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon pimento cheese, 2 halves bacon, 1 tomato slice, another 1/2 slice of mozzarella cheese, and the top bun.
  3. Place each sandwich onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush each with garlic butter and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and hot.
