Ingredients
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
- 11 Jalapenos, fresh
- 1 pound Bacon, regular sliced not thick
- Toothpicks

Instructions
- Soak toothpicks in water to prevent from burning on the grill.
- Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds. ***When working with jalapenos be sure to wash hands thoroughly before touching anything, especially your face or eyes!!!
- Spoon 1 Tablespoon of Palmetto Cheese onto the jalapeno half. Wrap with 1/2 slice of bacon, be sure to completely cover the cheese. Secure the bacon with a toothpick. Continue same step with remaing peppers.
- You're now ready to grill. Place bacon wrapped peppers on the grill. Avoid placing them over an area on the grill with high heat/flames to keep the bacon from burning. Cook on each side until bacon starts to crisp. Serve immediately.
- These can be made ahead of time and placed in the freezer. Pull them out whenever they're needed.
