- 6 oz. Palmetto Cheese
- 1 package Pillsbury Pizza Crust dough Classic style
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- Olive Oil
- Flour

Instructions
- Lay pizza dough flat onto a floured surface.
- Lightly flour the top so it doesn’t stick to the rolling pin. Roll the dough until it is about 12” wide and 15” in length.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 3” wide strips and then cut the whole thing in half down the middle.
- Using a pastry bag or in our case a freezer storage bag with the corner cut off, pipe out a line of Palmetto Cheese down the middle of the dough.
- Fold the dough in half and press down the seams to seal the cheese inside. Roll the dough gently until it has a traditional breadstick shape and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Place the seam side down, brush the breadsticks with a little olive oil and sprinkle the tops with Parmesan Cheese.
- Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
