Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray a (9-inch by 13-inch) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine ground beef, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, seasoned salt, and pepper.
- Spread meat into prepared baking dish into a thin even layer and sprinkle onions evenly on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until beef is cooked thoroughly.
- Drain any excess fats or liquids and set aside.
- Do not split the rolls into individual rolls. Using a large serrated knife cut the entire package in half, splitting all the rolls into tops and bottoms.
- Put bottom half of rolls onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Place the cooked beef onto the bottom half of the rolls, spread Palmetto Cheese evenly over the meat.
- Top with remaining half of the rolls. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with everything seasoning or sesame seeds.
- Bake assembled burgers for 10 minutes or until bread is golden and cheese begins to melt. Slice into individual sliders and serve.
