Palmetto Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 stick butter, cold and cut into pea size cubes
- 1 cup Palmetto Original Pimento Cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons cold water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Using a pastry cutter or fork cut the butter into the flour mixture until the butter pieces are combined with the flour and resemble coarse crumbs.
- Stir in pimento cheese, sour cream, and water.
- Place dough onto a floured surface and using a rolling pin, roll out to 1-inch thickness.
- Cut biscuits into 16 (2-inch) squares and place onto prepared sheet pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minuets or until golden brown.
