Palmetto Roast Beef Sliders
Palmetto Roast Beef Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 (12-count) package King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 3 tablespoons spicy mustard
- 1 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef deli meat
- 1 (11-ounce) Palmetto Cheese
- 12 to 20 slices pickled jalapeño, optional
- 2 tablespoons melted butter, optional
- 1 tablespoons sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Do no split the rolls into individual rolls. Using a large serrated knife cut the entire package in half, splitting all the rolls into tops and bottoms.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls onto prepared sheet pan. Add mustard and spread evenly. Layer roast beef over bottom half of the rolls. Add sliced jalapeños. Evenly spread the entire container of Palmetto Cheese onto roast beef and jalapeños. Top with top half of the rolls. If desired, brush butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover the sheet pan in foil.
- Place pan of sandwiches into the oven and bake for 12 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melty. If desired, place a toothpick or skewer into each sandwich. Cut apart with a knife.
