Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Palmetto Cheese (any variety)
- 1 Egg, large
- 2 tablespoons Almond Flour
- 6 slices Pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Basil, fresh chopped
- Rao's Marinara (keto option)

Instructions
- Plug in your waffle iron. We used a 4.25” in diameter for reference.
- In a bowl, add Palmetto Cheese, egg, almond flour, and chopped basil. Stir until combined.
- Open the waffle iron and spoon out half of your batter.
- Top with 3 slices of pepperoni.
- Close the lid and cook until golden brown. Approximately 2-1/2 minutes.
- Place the chaffle on a plate and continue with the remaining batter. If using a standard waffle iron, use all batter at one time.
- Cut into quarters to make dipping easier or spread sauce over your chaffle.
- If you are keto, we suggest Rao's Marinara. Otherwise, use any pizza or marinara sauce of your choice.
