Ingredients
- FOR SAUSAGE BALLS:
- 1 lb ground sausage, uncooked
- 2 Mt. Olive Roasted red peppers, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups Bisquick
- 1 (11-oz) Palmetto Cheese
- FOR PICKLE RANCH:
- ½ Cup ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp Mt. Olive dill relish
- 1 Tbsp Mt. Olive Pickle Juicers (or Kosher Dill pickle juice)
- 1 tsp dried dill

Instructions
- FOR SAUSAGE BALLS:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 – 22 minutes, or until brown.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and carrots, and pickle ranch to dip!
- FOR PICKLE RANCH:
- Mix all ingredients to combine, serve with sausage balls
