Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 (14-ounce) package smoked cocktail sausages
- 1 cup Palmetto Cheese - Homestyle Pimento Cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon everything seasoning, optional
- Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, recipe below

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the can of refrigerated crescent rolls onto a cutting board and tear sheets at perforations to separate into triangles.
- Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 thin equal-size smaller triangles.
- Place 1 teaspoon pimento cheese on the wider end of each triangle.
- Place cocktail sausage on top of the cheese.
- Roll each triangle from wide end to thin end and place onto prepared baking sheet.
- Brush dough with egg and sprinkle each with everything seasoning.
- Bake until cooked through, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving tray and serve with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
- Makes about 3/4 cup
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined.
