Ingredients
- 11 oz Palmetto Cheese - Original, Jalapeno, Pepper Jack or Bacon
- 2 pounds Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes
- 10.5 oz. Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Crispy Onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, Palmetto Cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Place into a 9”x13” casserole dish and spread evenly into the pan.
- Top with crispy onions and bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
